Redwah provided a contemporary concept design for Stacks Restaurant and Bar, including a space planning and design direction.

The brief was to revitalise the interior architecture, to produce a lighter, brighter, and more inviting space for guests. The intention centred around the client’s desire to use as many existing materials as possible, not only to keep costs down but also to ensure the redevelopment was environmentally sustainable.

Redwah reviewed the space plan to improve operations and service, highlighting the value of service points in the kitchen and back of house areas. A central bar was created to form a focal point within the space, with the new maître de at the bar entrance.
